When We Issue Refunds
Kine Fel Vai will issue a full refund if we fail to deliver your order due to an error on our side. This covers cases where the top-up could not be completed despite the payment being received and all submitted information being correct.
When Refunds Do Not Apply
We are unable to process refunds in the following situations:
- The customer provided an incorrect Game UID, Player ID, or Server/Zone information at the time of order.
- Delivery delays are caused by the game's own servers or third-party systems outside our control.
- The order was successfully delivered to the account matching the submitted details.
Please double-check your Game UID and Server before placing an order. We verify player information before processing, but final responsibility for submitted details rests with the customer.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us through our official Facebook Page with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our support team will review your case and respond as quickly as possible.
All refund requests must go through our official Facebook Page. Requests sent via other channels may not be processed. Include your order number in your message for faster resolution.
Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 24 hours using the same payment method used for the original transaction (bKash, Nagad, or Binance).
